How much is delivery?
Standard Delivery to England, Scotland and Wales is £4.95 and is free on orders of £75 or more. Northern Ireland Delivery is £6.95.
How long does standard delivery take?
Standard Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. We may upgrade your order to a faster delivery service at no extra cost.
Do you offer next working day delivery?
Yes. Next Working Day Delivery is £7.95 on eligible orders placed before 3:00pm.
Do you offer Saturday delivery?
Yes. Saturday Delivery is £8.95 on eligible orders placed before 3:00pm and is subject to service availability.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland.
Returns
How long do I have to return an item?
We offer a 30-day returns period.
Who pays for the return?
The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us and, where appropriate, we will arrange or reimburse the return cost.
What condition must a returned item be in?
Unwanted items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable.
How do I arrange a return?
For an unwanted item under our 30-day returns policy, there is no need to contact us first. Please include the delivery note supplied with your order and send the item to:

If you no longer have the delivery note, please include your name and order number. We recommend obtaining proof of postage. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@stormafit.co.uk before returning it.
