Delivery
For orders to England, Scotland and Wales, we offer the following delivery options:
- Standard Delivery – £4.95: usually 3–5 working days. Free on orders of £75 or more. We may upgrade your order to a faster delivery service at no extra cost.
- Next Working Day – £7.95: available on eligible orders placed before 3:00pm.
- Saturday Delivery – £8.95: available on eligible orders placed before 3:00pm and subject to service availability.
Northern Ireland Delivery – £6.95.
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Returns
We offer a 30-day returns period. For an unwanted item under our 30-day returns policy, there is no need to contact us before sending it back.
Unwanted items must be returned unworn, unused and in their original condition, with original tags and packaging where applicable. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.

If you no longer have the delivery note, please include your name and order number. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.
Faulty or incorrect items
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@stormafit.co.uk before returning it. Where appropriate, we will arrange or reimburse the cost of the return.
This returns policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
